CPA. Stanslous Keya – Chairperson Board Of Directors
Stanslous is a highly motivated, creative and versatile Executive with over 12 years of experience at senior management levels in various successful and fast growing organizations. He is also consultant at various local and international organizations, actively involved in advocacy, lobbying and community awareness on Gender, Advocacy, Governance with extensive exposure and experience in Social Economic Empowerment , Public Financial Management and Development issues. Stanslous holds a Masters in Business Administration(Accounting option) from University of Eastern Africa Baraton, Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting option) and also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya- CPA(K). As the Chairperson, Stanslous is responsible for directing the operations of Sight Africa Initiative Board of Directors, to ensure that they are in tandem with the mission, vision, and core values of the organization, and in addition to overseeing the attainment of the Board policies and SAI’s goals and objectives as well as designing, formulating and implementing the same. In consultation with the board, he also strategizes on the development of the organization polices and systems.

Mr. Joel Dicharry - Chief Executive Officer
Joel Dicharry is an accomplished executive with over 22 years of experience in managing multi-million dollar projects in the USA and Africa.
He doubles up as the chief executive officer of Sight Africa Initiative and the president of Commission Mankind (USA).
He has extensive experience in grants management, fund mobilization, and monitoring & evaluation of projects.
Joel is currently leading the development of African Strategies, operations, and implementation of projects across Africa.
His presence in Sight Africa is instrumental in adding value to the existing team.

Mr. Moses Wanami– Director
Moses leads the Business Development and Funds mobilization unit within SAI and is responsible for the policy direction in the organization. He has over 10 years’ experience in managing development cooperation programmes across East Africa. Moses has extensive experience in working with international multi-cultural organizations like RTI International and British Council in Nairobi in the areas of funds and grants mobilization, coordination and management of programs that are implemented in different social and cultural sectors in Kenya and across the region. He has a B.A. in Social Sciences from Makerere University in Uganda and an MBA (Strategic Management) from Kenya Methodist University.

Prof. Evans Somoni Kerosi (Phd) -Treasurer- Director
Prof. Evans is currently the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Mount Kenya University and has extensive experience of over 15years in strategic and financial management of companies, Institution of Higher learning and is a skilled interpreter, translator, and developer of communications products. He holds a PhD in Economics, Masters in Finance and a bachelor’s degrees in Finance, Banking and Insurance. Since 2005, he has built varied experience as an independent consultant in Educational Planning, and is actively involved in diverse advisory and leadership capacities at various other Civil Society institutions. His proficiency is instrumental to strengthening the internal financial mechanisms that go into the proper financial administration of Sight Africa Initiative programs as Treasurer.

Mr. Joseph Walumbe– Director of Policies, Systems and Funds Mobilization
Joseph has over 13 years’ experience operating at the nexus between banking, sustainable investment, financial innovation, and social development. Joseph spent 5 years in the banking industry as an Operations Manager at Standard Chartered Bank Limited then 7 years in the impact investment industry first as a Project Finance Manager at K-Rep Development Agency and later on as a CFO at Impact Capital Advisors Limited. He also is the founder of Fincenture Ventures, a Fintech Company that develops financial modeling systems for social enterprises using machine learning and blockchain technology.

Ms. Zipporah Imali Wanaswa – Chief Advisor on Governance, Gender, Youth Advocacy and Community Development
Zipporah Wanaswa is a development professional with a Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management (PPM, University of Nairobi, Kenya, 2013), a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology (Mjr), and Geography (Mnr) (Kenyatta University, Kenya, 1997) and Certificate in Results-Based Management (MS Training Institute for development Corporation, Arusha Tanzania, 2006). Other acquired qualifications include TOT training in child protection, Advanced TOT training in gender, power and development, TOT training in conflict resolution, TOT training in Participatory Rural Appraisal, TOT in Trauma Counselling and Computer training in MS office and statistical data analysis. With over 18 years’ experience in leading the design and management of Rights Based projects and programmes, contributing to strategic thinking in various reputable organisations such as Plan International, VSO International, Oxfam, ActionAid, African Youth Trust and Terre des Hommes; and having a strong background in community development and the use of participatory approaches in power analysis - gender, political economy, and institutional – Participatory Action Research and reflection sessions, Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and various research methods; program design, development and management; and monitoring, evaluation and Learning among other fields, Zipporah brings on board a wealth of experience in the development sector. Apart from being a seasoned facilitator, she has immensely contributed to programme funding having raised over GBP. 39,000,000 over the past 10 years.

Eng. Reuben Alande Mugangai - Chief Advisor on Sight Africa Projects
Mr. Reuben Alande Mugangai is an accomplished Electrical and industrial engineer with many years of working experience in Projects planning, management and implementation. He has over 16yearsworking experience with leading multi-national companies among them, Eveready East Africa, Bata Shoe Company, Coca-Cola, Nestle Kenya and Schneider electric. He’s vast experience in industrial engineering having successfully implemented many successful and sustainable projects in his career. Currently, he’s the director of Kazi Bora enterprises (an electrical and Renewable energy solutions company) He brings on board professional skills on project management, renewable energy, continuous improvement and occupational health & safety compliance.
